I'm Carol, and I'm passionate about helping people reclaim control over their pelvic health and wellbeing. By working towards making postive changes, and the importance of listening to you to identify the sourse of your discomfort. Also, exploring the impact of scars on your body which may, restrict movement and cause pain, and the role of fasica in movement as well. I also offer Gua Sha massage which shares similarities with cupping, to provide relief even to those not currently experiencing pain.
Dertermined, I explored various methods and their positive impact. This ignited my passion to help others move freely is a testiment to the power of personal experiance transforming into a professional calling.
Now a certified Hypopressive instructor, I offer education and personalised tools (hypopressives, self-help techniques) to empower people to understand their bodies. and manage their well-being for the long term.
